If I could give Hey Pearl a 100 Star, I would. The bracelets are beautiful. Exactly as pictured. Wonderful quality. And the fit it perfect. But the customer service is top tier. My original package only contained 1 of the 3 bracelets I ordered- a super easy mistake, especially during such a busy time of year. I received a response back within MINUTES of reaching out. And they had shipped the rest of my order the next day. Mistakes happen and that's no biggie, but they were so quick to make it right and that's what makes them exceptional. Highly impressed.

The bracelets are beautiful and look just like the description. I ordered the 6.5 inch bracelets because my wrist measures 6 inches but they are a little too tight. USPS also took them on a tour the west coast for some reason causing them to come in a little later than expected but that was at no fault of the seller.

When I tell you I was WAITING for a mixed metal bracelet, I was absolutely ecstatic when these came out. I love how the one I got is equally gold and silver so it works with whatever metal I choose to wear. The quality is great and the beads are a good weight and very shiny and it’s so dainty and adorable! Will always come back here!
