Processing time

Every item is handmade by Hey Pearl. Our processing time is 1-3 days. We put all effort in to make sure your item is shipped out as soon as possible. 

Shipping

Once your order has been marked as shipped it is no longer in our hands. The order is shipped through USPS or the shipping method that was chosen at checkout. Your order confirmation should include tracking details. 

 Hey Pearl is not responsible for any packages that have been delayed or stolen.
