Refund policy

Returns 

All sales are final. No returns except for if flaws in workmanship are found. 

If an item arrives damaged, please contact us at heypearlco@gmail.com  within 72 hours of receiving the item. Let us know what is wrong with the item and attach a picture of the damage, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on  gift cards.

Exchanges/Size adjustment 

The only exchange that is excepted is if a size adjustment needs to be done.  If you ordered your bracelet in a size too big or too small email us at heypearlco@gmail.com and provide your order number as well as the size you would like to exchange for. We will have to approve the size adjustment before you send your item back. PLEASE NOTE there is ADDITIONAL FEES for a size adjustment, the cost will depend on the bracelet and the size needed. Please also note the buyer is responsible for the cost to ship it to us.  

Items sent back to us without having been approved for a size adjustment will not be accepted. 
Hey Pearl is not responsible for items lost in the mail during an exchange
